How blend vials are labelled: the number on a BPC-157/TB-500 blend vial is the total peptide (10 mg = 5 mg BPC-157 + 5 mg TB-500; 20 mg = 10/10). Enter that total as the vial strength. Every draw carries both peptides in the same 1:1 ratio, so a 1,000 mcg draw is 500 mcg of each.

1 mL = 100 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. Formula: mg ÷ mL = mg/mL; (mcg ÷ 1000) ÷ mg/mL = mL; mL × 100 = units.

How the bpc-157 / tb-500 blend calculation works

Concentration = vial mg ÷ water mL. Then (target mcg ÷ 1000) ÷ concentration = mL to draw, and mL × 100 = units.

Worked example: a 5 mg vial with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water is 2.5 mg/mL. A 375 mcg draw is 0.15 mL, which is 15 units. Change the water and every number on the syringe changes — which is the single most common reconstitution mistake. The full explanation is in How to Reconstitute Peptides.

Questions people ask

How much BAC water for a 10 mg BPC-157 / TB-500 blend?

2 mL gives 5 mg/mL, so 500 mcg total (250 of each) = 0.1 mL = 10 units, and 1,000 mcg = 20 units. 1 mL doubles the concentration and halves the units.

Can I use the single-peptide BPC-157 calculator for the blend?

Yes, if you enter the blend’s total mg. This page just pre-fills the common blend vial sizes and shows the split per peptide.
