Blend vials: a typical CJC-1295/Ipamorelin blend is labelled by total milligrams (for example 10 mg = 5 mg CJC-1295 + 5 mg Ipamorelin). Enter the total as the vial strength; every draw carries both peptides in the vial’s fixed ratio, so a 200 mcg draw from a 5/5 blend is 100 mcg of each.

1 mL = 100 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. Formula: mg ÷ mL = mg/mL; (mcg ÷ 1000) ÷ mg/mL = mL; mL × 100 = units.

How the cjc-1295 / ipamorelin calculation works

Concentration = vial mg ÷ water mL. Then (target mcg ÷ 1000) ÷ concentration = mL to draw, and mL × 100 = units.

Worked example: a 5 mg vial with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water is 2.5 mg/mL. A 100 mcg draw is 0.04 mL, which is 4 units. Change the water and every number on the syringe changes — which is the single most common reconstitution mistake. The full explanation is in How to Reconstitute Peptides.

Questions people ask

How do I calculate a dose from a CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin blend vial?

Enter the total mg printed on the vial (e.g. 10 mg for a 5/5 blend) and the water you added. The result is the units for the combined draw; each peptide is present in the vial’s ratio, so halve the mcg for each in a 1:1 blend.

Does CJC-1295 with DAC use the same calculation?

The arithmetic is identical (mg ÷ mL = mg/mL, then mcg ÷ mg/mL). The compounds differ in half-life, which is why research references quote very different amounts and frequencies for the DAC and no-DAC forms — select the matching one in the calculator.
