On a U-100 insulin syringe, 100 units = 1 mL. So 1 unit = 0.01 mL, 10 units = 0.1 mL, 50 units = 0.5 mL. The number is printed on the syringe barrel; a U-40 syringe (rare, veterinary) has 40 units per mL and must not be mixed up with U-100.
Divide by 100 on a U-100 syringe: 25 units ÷ 100 = 0.25 mL. To go the other way multiply by 100: 0.3 mL × 100 = 30 units.
No — units measure liquid volume only. The amount of peptide in that volume depends on the concentration you made when you added water (vial mg ÷ water mL). The peptide calculator does both steps.
Their total capacity: 30, 50 and 100 units respectively. A 0.3 mL syringe has finer markings (often every half unit), which makes small draws easier to read; a 1 mL syringe is needed for draws over 50 units.
We do not recommend or partner with any peptide supplier. Use the checklist instead: third-party COAs that match your batch and lot, stated purity, clear research-use labeling, real support and proper cold-chain shipping.
